In-Person Projects
We pour our expertise—and a good deal of heart—into every collaboration, treating each project as if it were our own home. To keep that level of hands-on attention, we take on only a select number of in-person commissions, focusing for now on homes and businesses across North Tyneside and Newcastle upon Tyne.

Together we assess functionality, existing architectural elements, and any must‑keep pieces. We also talk about timelines and budget and then translate those insights into a clear creative brief.
Design Development
With the brief as our compass, we transform ideas into tangible concepts.
A mood board with inspirational imagery and the proposed floor plan ensure we’re aligned on both the emotional feel and practical parameters before moving forward.
3‑D renderings, and detailed elevations illustrate everything from furniture to socket placement, allowing you to virtually “walk through” your future space. We refine colour palettes, materials, and furnishings, balancing aesthetics with practicality. Throughout this iterative phase, you receive curated options and transparent cost updates so decisions stay exciting—not overwhelming.
Implementation & Finishing Touches
Once you sign off, we shift into procurement and project coordination. Purchasing and ordering pieces, coordinating trades and tracking deliveries. Meanwhile, we guard the design intent, double‑checking finishes and dimensions to ensure the vision stays intact. Finally, furniture, artwork, and styling touches are placed perfectly into place, and the space we imagined together finally becomes the one you get to live in.
